Fit For the Future: How Neem Is Redefining Menswear for the Modern Man
Neem London is reshaping the way we think about menswear, proving that dressing well and dressing consciously can go hand in hand. Designed with a lighter footprint and a sharper silhouette, Neem’s small-batch collections are made from planet-friendly materials like ZQ Merino, regenerative cotton, and recycled blends. The result? Elevated everyday essentials that feel as good as they look.
Rooted in minimalist design and crafted with care, each piece reflects a commitment to quality, longevity, and style that stands the test of time. Neem London makes a strong case for slowing down and choosing better, with comfort and cool factor fully intact.
This Earth Month, Neem London is popping up at Treehouse London for a special week-long takeover. From April 1 to 7, 2025, explore their thoughtfully made menswear, enjoy an exclusive 15% off, and receive a complimentary pair of socks with every purchase.
Founder Nick shares the story behind Neem London, the journey that sparked the brand, and his belief that fashion can (and should) be a force for good. Consider this your sign to rethink the wardrobe staples and discover how sustainability and style can live happily ever after.

Building a Conscious Wardrobe with Nick Reed, Founder of Neem London
Neem is rooted in sustainability, but every brand has an origin story. What inspired you to create a menswear brand that blends sustainability with style?
After spending 20 years in menswear, I realized that to create a truly clean and low-impact brand, sustainability had to be ingrained from day one. We launched in 2021 with three core principles:
- Create circular products, using either natural fibers or recycled materials that can be recycled again at the end of their life.
- Ensure full traceability to the farm, studying the environmental footprint of each product.
- Design elegant, casual styles suited for a post-pandemic world.
You’re shaking up the way people think about menswear. What’s one misconception about sustainable fashion that Neem is proving wrong?
A common misconception is that sustainable fashion isn’t stylish. At Neem, we’re proving that sustainable fashion can be stylish, low-impact, and effortless. We also take back any brand of clothing to manage its waste, effectively becoming waste collectors in the process.
Earth Month is all about small actions creating big change. What’s one simple swap everyone can make to shop more sustainably?
Try buying only natural fibers for a month. Avoid polyester, even if it's recycled. It's a simple change that can make a significant impact.
Treehouse is all about carefree adventures—where’s your ideal weekend escape, and what Neem essentials are you packing?
My ideal weekend escape would be in Treviso, Italy, close to Venice. A leisurely breakfast, exploring art galleries, some window shopping, and then enjoying a fantastic dinner with their signature pesce crudo. For this, I’d pack the Neem ZQ Merino T-shirt (it barely needs washing), a versatile 4-pocket overshirt for dinner, and a pair of our trousers that can be dressed up or down.
For our Treehouse London pop-in, what can guests expect when they explore the collection?
Guests can expect to see our 100% recycled overshirt, which we're incredibly proud of and it’s the first of its kind for us. We’ll also feature an undyed, unbleached regenerative cotton overshirt, which is fully traceable to farm. Plus, we’ll have our signature Merino T-shirts (also traceable to farm), which we’ve become known for.
