Treehouse Hotel Manchester is proud to present the next edition of Mary Ellen & Friends, the ongoing Q&A series curated and hosted by acclaimed chef Mary-Ellen McTague. The series spotlights inspiring voices from across food, culture, and the arts, bringing engaging conversations and shared experiences to the heart of Manchester.

This autumn, Mary-Ellen welcomes celebrated chef and author Mandy Yin, who will share the stories, flavors, and inspirations behind her newly released cookbook, Simply Malaysian. Guests can look forward to an intimate evening that celebrates the richness of Malaysian food culture and the journey that shaped Mandy’s cooking and writing.

Copies of the book will also be available to purchase on the evening.

What to Expect
