Sam Grainger leads the kitchen at Sister Moon, bringing a bold, expressive style shaped by open fire cooking and a love of Southeast Asian flavours. His approach is rooted in simplicity and impact, letting smoke, spice and time draw out depth and character in every dish. At Sister Moon, his cooking unfolds through a menu built for sharing, where flame grilled meats, vibrant accompaniments and rich, layered flavours come together in a lively rooftop setting. It is a place to gather, eat generously and settle into the rhythm of good food and good company.

The Nest is Treehouse Hotel Manchester’s rooftop bar, set high above the city with sweeping skyline views. A relaxed, design led space, it brings together seasonal cocktails, carefully curated drinks and a laid back energy that shifts from day into night. Rooted in sociability and atmosphere, it is a place to settle in, take in the view and stay a little longer.
