We’re raising a glass to Manchester Cocktail Week with 2 seasonal serves made for long afternoons, after work catch ups and easy evenings at Pip.

Choose the Seasonal Strawberry Highball, bright, juicy and refreshing with Beefeater Strawberry, house strawberry cordial, Chambéryzette strawberry aperitif and soda. Or try the Seasonal Cobbler, fresh, savoury and citrus led with house basil and lime cordial, fino sherry and sparkling wine.

Both cocktails are available for just £7 each, with alcohol free serves available for £5.
