Join us for a refined autumn evening at Pip as we celebrate the artistry of sparkling winemaking with Spain’s historic Llopart family estate.

On Tuesday, 21st October, immerse yourself in the elegance of Llopart’s organic sparkling wines, crafted in the heart of the Penedès region just outside Barcelona. Founded in 1385, the Llopart family has cultivated their hillside vineyards for over 600 years, with their first sparkling wine produced in 1887.

Today, Llopart is recognised worldwide for its commitment to traditional methods and organic viticulture. Every bottle tells the story of generations of dedication to the land, resulting in sparkling wines of purity, finesse, and remarkable depth.

Our kitchen team, led by Mary-Ellen McTague, will curate a special menu to showcase the versatility of Llopart’s sparkling range, from bright, youthful expressions to complex, aged cuvées.

Places are £75 per person including menu and wine pairings.
Bookings available between 6pm and 7.30pm, on a 2-hour table.
