Ahead of World Bee Day later in May, learn how to create beautiful lino prints with an introduction to this amazing printmaking process with The Little Art House. 

Over the course of two hours, you will get an introduction to the equipment and methods needed to carve, ink and print a simple lino block. You will be encouraged to explore different colour combinations as well as your own creativity.Lino printing is a wonderful, versatile way to make prints! This fun technique will allow you to create not only art pieces but also cards, tags and notebooks! Add a special touch to unique gifts or send out meaningful handmade cards to your friends and family for birthdays they never forget.You can reuse the blocks time and time again and experiment widely with colour to create vibrant outcomes. So if you fall in love with lino printing at our craft class, you can take your skills and blocks home with you to start a hobby that helps you unwind.All materials for the course are provided and extra lino will be available to purchase should you wish. All you need to bring is an apron! You will be fully guided through the design process by a knowledgeable tutor who will support you with developing your personal ideas and the design process.
