The Chef's Table

Join us at Madera at Treehouse London for our monthly Chef's Counter Dinner. Head Chef, Ximena Gayosso will prepare a seven-course seasonal tasting menu in front of you at the counter. Enjoy contemporary takes on Mexican dishes, featuring secret recipes reminiscent of Ximena's travels around her native Mexico and all the spices and flavours she discovered with the strong women in her life with.

This evolving menu will be accompanied by a tequila pairing curated by Codigo 1530. Codigo’s unique flavours across their Blanco, Rosa and Repo tequilas pairs beautifully with the spices and flavours in the Chef’s tasting journey. 

This intimate 8 seater dining experience is available for £70 per person, £90 per person with tequila pairing.
