We do not allow smoking in the rooms. Guests at our rooftop bar The Nest are permitted to smoke on the terrace and there is a designated smoking area outside the front of the hotel.

Absolutely however we kindly ask that other guests aren’t disturbed during your Instagram endeavours.

Of course! Our lovely front desk team will happily store it for your arrival, or deliver it straight to your room if you are in house.

Yes, our Treehouse app is available for iPhone and Android users and is packed with all the information that you will need during your stay. From contacting the front desk and ordering room service, to planning interesting things to do during your stay.

We have a very diverse team and many languages are spoken at Treehouse London including French, Spanish and Italian.

To ensure the safety and health of our guests, rooms are sanitized using both cleaning agents and activated oxygen sanitizing agents, and Housekeeping use UV Ozone machines to disinfect rooms after cleaning. We have AirB UV installed in the restaurant to improve air quality by killing any harmful bacteria on the surfaces and in the air. The team also have UV wands for small surfaces and item disinfection i.e door handles, remote controls, phones, desks etc. Housekeeping are tasked to continuously monitor and clean surfaces and high touch point areas.

Hand sanitizer is available in all public and team spaces. High-touch points such as furniture, door handles, and elevators are sanitized multiple times per day, and we continue to encourage social distancing to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety. We ask that guests adhere to government guidelines in regards to masks.

No, however we can arrange PCR tests on behalf of our guests.

We have filtered water stations on all the guest room floors, we discourage single-use items, and all of our menus are printed on recycled paper. We have real-time energy and water management systems and a recycling and composting infrastructure including an aerobic waste disposal machine in the kitchen to break down food waste into liquid form. We like to give a second life to pre-loved items, and all the furniture is the nest is found vintage items. We also have a verdant living wall on the Nest terrace which provides a feeding banquet for the bees and creates a pollinator pathway across the city.

The hotel can be accessed by taxi, or by walking from a tube station. The closest tube station is Oxford Circus which is around a 7 minute walk.

The closest airport is London Heathrow.

The Heathrow Express is a 15 minute train journey into Paddington Station and costs around £40 and can be purchased from www.heathrowexpress.com. From Paddington you can take the Bakerloo line to Oxford Circus, or take a 10 minute taxi to the hotel.

There is a drop off bay outside the hotel, and the closest car park is Q Park on Cavendish Square (a 5 minute walk away) www.q-park.co.uk/en-gb/cities/london/oxford-street.

We require a debit or credit card in order to guarantee all bookings. Upon check-in, a method of payment for the room rate and the incidentals will be requested and required to proceed

Our cancellation policy is 24h before the day of arrival.

We do not have destination/resort/amenity fees in the United Kingdom

The guaranteed check-in time is 15:00 and the check-out time is 11:00.

This is very much subject to availability. We recommend booking the room from the night before to guarantee any early check-in.

Late check-outs are subject to availability on the day of departure. Add-ons can be purchased on our website when making the bookings to guarantee late check-outs.

Yes indeed, an ID/passport will be requested upon check-in for verification of identity.

The minimum age to check-in is 18 years old.

We do have an early departure fee which applies if we are not advised more than 24 hours in advance.

Yes indeed, we require a deposit of £120 per night per room for any incidentals.

The incidental deposit can be made in cash or using a credit or debit card.

There is a cute pet shop on Wigmore Street called Pet London, and Selfridge’s is also well stocked with goodies.

Regent’s Park is 10 minutes walk away and is a beautiful place to walk your dog.

We have a DJ in Madera and The Nest, and there is sometimes live music in The Nest.

Both Madera and The Nest can be hired exclusively. We also have a smaller back room in Madera that can be used for events. We have two private dining rooms that have conference screens (hidden behind wooden shingles) that can be hired for meetings or private meals.
