Gathering Safely We can’t wait to welcome your next meeting or event to our Treehouse. To do so safely and cautiously, we’ve made some noticeable and necessary changes to our operations. We consulted with leading health experts and our new Director of Environmental Health and Safety to construct a plan in accordance with Public Health England and WHO guidelines that takes into account the complete experience for your gathering. Request Information Your Arrival All hotel guests will be welcomed with a wellness kit for their personal use, and guests will arrive to a sanitised guestroom. Guestrooms will be sanitised using both hospital grade agents and activated oxygen sanitizing agents. Our Team We're only as strong as our teams. Our team members have ready access to hand sanitiser and personal protective equipment, will maintain a two-metre distance where possible, and will employ operating procedures to ensure your comfort and safety at all times. Each team member is trained on handling guest-facing materials and will continue to undergo health and safety courses. Our Food & Beverage Team will continue to undergo health and safety training to ensure food is delivered and handled with up to date Public Health England guidelines. Spaces & Catering Updated spacious floor plans allow you to eat and meet at a safe distance from any other patrons. Our Housekeeping teams are equipped with Public Health England approved cleaning products to disinfect all surfaces in your event space. Our serving team members will wear masks and our kitchen staff will practice rigorous cleaning processes. In addition, our management team has undergone Food Alert certification, ensuring enhanced safety training and educational materials. Enhanced Technology Enjoy enhanced technology for hybrid meetings, including video conferencing, streaming capabilities, and increased bandwidth. We will offer contactless guest services including check-in, mobile key, television controls, menu ordering and payment, service requests, concierge support, front desk text messaging and check out (service availability may vary by stay dates).
