A Note from Us

To our Treehouse community,

On behalf of myself and the Treehouse Hotels team, I want to thank you for your loyalty to our brand and to wish you only health and safety during these challenging circumstances. As a guest of Treehouse Hotels, we consider you part of our family. Your well-being and safety is our greatest concern. As we continue to follow the updates and guidelines provided by Public Health England, we encourage you to do whatever you need in order to remain healthy and secure, as well as find confidence in the knowledge that we are going above and beyond to take all precautions to keep our premises safe.

Given the current unpredictability of the COVID-19 virus, and the evolving guidelines provided by Public Health England, we welcome you to rebook any non-refundable stays booked directly for a later date by calling our reservations line. If you booked your stay through an online travel agency, please call your provider and they will help you rebook or cancel your stay. Should you decide to join us, you can book through to April 30 with our 'Cancel Anytime' rate plan. However, if you decide not to travel, we remain equally understanding and support you in any decision you feel is the right one for you, your family, friends, and colleagues.

As for our property restaurants, we plan to continue to uphold the high standards of hygiene and food handling safety that keep our guests safe and their food fresh on a daily basis.

Below, you’ll find the steps we’re taking to make sure you are safe and secure at all times during your visit.

During times such as this, Treehouse Hotels aim to help you, each other and our local communities as we navigate the uncertainty of the current situation. We look forward to seeing you soon and we hope that you will be rest assured in the knowledge that we value your well-being over and above anything else.

Steps We're Taking

Cleaning + Disinfection

Treehouse Hotels are always thoroughly cleaned but we are taking extra precautionary steps in addition to routine cleaning, such as:
- Significantly increasing the frequency of cleaning commonly touched surfaces, e.g. handrails, countertops, doorknobs, telephones, keyboards, desks and tables, as well as focusing on bathrooms
- Placing additional hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the workplace and guest common areas which we encourage all guests to use as well as the bathroom facilities to wash hands regularly

Staying Healthy

At this time, we are urging guests to:
- Kindly cancel your stay if you’re feeling unwell or have recently returned from an affected area and reschedule for when you’re feeling better
- When signing yourself in, please help us by providing contact details for all guests so we know who’s staying in the hotel
- Inform the hotel immediately if signs or symptoms of sickness or a fever develop and self-isolate within your room
- Cover any coughs and sneezes with a tissue and dispose used tissues immediately in a disposable container or bin provided by the hotel
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands
- Wash your hands often with soap and water. If soap and water are not immediately available, guests can use a hand sanitizer containing 60%-95% alcohol, which the hotel will provide
