Full Moon Herbal Guided Journey
Guided meditation and ritual will help us attune to the healing gifts of seasonal herbs. Lavender invites calm and release, rose opens the heart to love and tenderness, and hawthorn offers grounding and emotional strength as we honor the turning of the seasons.
Sound Healing Journey
Immerse yourself in the soothing resonance of crystal bowls, gongs, voice, and sacred instruments. These healing frequencies will deepen the journey, helping to release tension, restore balance, and invite clarity.
