Sculpt & Social with Move & Meet

Sculpt & Social in the Clouds is all about celebrating the incredible power of women supporting women. To mark International Women’s Day, we’ll begin with an empowering guided meditation designed to help you connect to your inner strength, build confidence and set powerful intentions, leaving you feeling empowered, energised and strong, both mentally and physically!

Then we’ll move into a spicy sculpt class by Dani Luna, designed to challenge, empower and energise you, expect a feel-good burn, great music and an incredible atmosphere overlooking the city.

After we’ve moved and sweated together, we’ll finish with a beautiful brunch social, to connect, chat and enjoy great food and drinks with an amazing group of women.
