About Danny
Danny Cunningham, aka The Breathwork Breddah, is a former derivatives trader and a reformed breathwork sceptic who now helps people use simple breathing techniques to improve how they feel and function.
His approach is grounded, practical, and refreshingly free from the usual wellness clichés. Alongside his breathwork qualifications, Danny is currently studying a Master's in Neuroscience and Psychology of the Mind-Body Interface at King's College London.
