From 1st April to 20th May, discover a limited-edition menu featuring two cocktails and one thoughtfully crafted mocktail. Each drink showcases sustainably sourced ingredients and low-impact spirits, highlighting how great flavour and environmental responsibility can go hand in hand.

Sapling plants a tree for every bottle sold, while Everleaf champions biodiversity through its nature-inspired, non-alcoholic aperitifs. Together, this collaboration is about more than just drinks. It’s about supporting a more sustainable future with every sip.
