To ensure the safety and health of our guests, rooms are sanitized using both cleaning agents and activated oxygen sanitizing agents, and Housekeeping use UV Ozone machines to disinfect rooms after cleaning. We have AirB UV installed in the restaurant to improve air quality by killing any harmful bacteria on the surfaces and in the air. The team also have UV wands for small surfaces and item disinfection i.e door handles, remote controls, phones, desks etc. Housekeeping are tasked to continuously monitor and clean surfaces and high touch point areas.

We have filtered water stations on all the guest room floors, we discourage single-use items, and all of our menus are printed on recycled paper. We have real-time energy and water management systems and a recycling and composting infrastructure including an aerobic waste disposal machine in the kitchen to break down food waste into liquid form. We like to give a second life to pre-loved items, including found vintage items in the Nest. We also have a verdant living wall which provides a feeding banquet for the bees and creates a pollinator pathway across the city.

Yes, we will segregate food, plastic & cans, glass, paper & cardboard and general waste. We also implement processes within our kitchens to minimize food waste.

The hotel can be accessed via taxi, or by walking from the tram stop or train station.

Victoria train station is within a 5 minute walk, and the closest tram stops are Victoria, Exchange Square and Market Street. 

There are international transport links from Manchester Airport, 30 mins drive from Treehouse Manchester. The airport is accessible by train or tram. 

We don't offer a car service, there is a taxi rank at the airport and it is approximately a 30 mins car journey. Alternatively the train takes approximately 45mins via Victoria station, or the tram takes aproximately 1hr 10mins via Market Street tram stop. 

There is a car park directly underneath the hotel managed by Your Parking Space, parking rates vary and are available to book online.

Victoria Station is the nearest train station. 

For all bookings made on other websites than our own, we please ask you to contact the websites in question directly to amend your reservation. 

Absolutely yes, you will need to email hotel reception and request us to send you a payment link using our protected online payment system called Celopay.

We require a debit or credit card in order to guarantee all bookings. Upon check-in, a method of payment for the room rate and the incidentals will be requested and required to proceed.

Our cancellation policy is 24hrs before the day of arrival.

Standard VAT rates are applied to all reservations.

A discretionary 5% accommodation service charge will be added to your bill upon departure, which is distributed amongst our hotel team members.

There is a 'City Visitor Charge' of £1.20 per room per night, implemented by the local Accommodation Business Improvement District, this is invested in improving visitor experiences within Manchester tourism.

Early check in can only be guaranteed if you book the previous night. If you arrive early and your room is ready we will check you in, if not then you are welcome to store your bags.

Yes, we will take a pre-authorisation hold of £120 per night per room for any incidentals.

The authorisation will be released on departure. The incidental deposit can take between 3-5 working days to be released, however, this is very much dependent on your individual bank.
